Bob Paltrow and Cathy Taylor

Cathy Taylor of Wild Hearts (guitar/vocals) and Bob Paltrow/Cats Like Us (keys/vocals) have a repertoire of original material and fun covers spannng the 1980s to the 2020s including modern rock, pop, folk, blues and country—with hints of hip-hop and rap. Cathy Taylor’s Bellingham women’s trio Wild Hearts features beautiful harmonies, entertaining audiences around the state of Washington. Classically trained pianist and songwriter Bob Paltrow has performed with many groups in Whatcom and Skagit counties. The Taylor/Paltrow duo will also be performing original music by Cathy, and Bob’s band Cats Like Us.

Singer-songwriter and keyboardist Bob Paltrow is a classically trained pianist, performing originals and covers on keyboards and guitar, including material from his former all-original Bellingham-based band Cats Like Us. Bob’s repertoire spans many genres, including folk, jazz, rock, punk, hip-hop, reggae, funk, soul, blues, and country. Bob has played piano for audiences for over 50 years and written over 300 original songs.

Singer-songwriter guitarist Cathy Taylor hails from Bellingham and performs throughout Whatcom & Skagit counties and across Washington state, both solo—and with her popular duo with Kathy Bastow, Wild Hearts, a folk-Americana duo weaving harmonies, guitar, and heartfelt storytelling. Cathy and Kathy (as they were formerly known!) bring their distinctive style to original songs and uniquely arranged covers.
